New post every Sunday

Hey everyone, today I am going to be sharing with you what I've been loving through out the month of Autumn! This month seems to have gone so fast! Anyway, I hope you enjoy this post, and I will see you all very, very soon. xx

Then first thing I have been loving is Tanya Burr's Hollywood eyeshadow palette. I re-discovered this palette this month and I can't remember why I stopped using it! It's a four shade palette with a highlight shade - Nude Delight, a pale gold colour - Gold Coin, a glittery bronze - Enchantment and a matte (ish) deep brown - Bookworm. When I use this palette, I use gold coin all over my lid, Enchantment on the outer half, bookworm in the crease and Nude delight in the inner corner. This palette is also super, super affordable, as it retails at only £5.99.

The next thing I've been loving this month is MAC's Lustre lipstick in Plumful. This is a gorgeous deep pink/berry shade that is gorgeous for transitioning in Autumn and Winter. MAC lipsticks are pretty pricey, but they are such good quality for the price you pay. All of the lipsticks are £15.50 each. There is also a really wide colour range that has lipsticks for every skin tone.

A bath bomb that I have loved this month was the LUSH twilight bath bomb. This is a pale lavender/lilac which has bright blue on the inside. It makes the water and really pretty dusky purple. This has lavender in it which I'm not a huge fan of, but it's not a really obvious scent. This is one of the slightly cheaper bath bombs, as it is £3.75.

Through out September I have been loving reading and I have been reading the Shopaholic book series by Sophie Kinsella. It's honestly so good! Right now, i'm on book 6 which is called Mini Shopaholic. It follows the life of a shopaholic and financial journalist Becky Bloomwood. It is one of those books, that makes you actually laugh!

So, I hope you enjoyed this post, and I will see you all very, very soon.

Hey everyone, and welcome to another autumn themed post. Today I am going to be sharing with you my regular morning during Autumn. I hope you enjoy this post and I will see you all very, very soon.

I normally wake up at about 8:30 but I can be early, or later depending on what I'm doing that day. Usually I sit in bed for a bit and watch tv or check instagram. After that, I have to get up and brush my teeth before I do anything else otherwise I don't concentrate properly (or do anything properly).

After that, I head down stairs and pop a bagel in the toaster. A lot of people think it's really strange that I don't put anything on my bagel! I just eat it as it comes and it's so nice! With my bagel I always have apple juice and a yogurt. (This breakfast probably sounds like a really odd combination but oh well.).

After that, I head back upstairs and start getting ready. First I do my make up, then my hair and last I get changed.

My regular make up:
First, I prime my eyes using Smashbox 24hr eye primer.  I then use the shade Sin from Nyx all over my lid. Then I add a bit of the shade Over the Taupe on the other corner of my eye and then blend it up into the crease.
To finish of my eyes, I blend the shade Creep from the original Naked palette across my lash line and add Smashbox Full Exposure to my top and bottom lashes. Then I use my 17 Stay Time concealer under my eyes and on any blemishes. Usually, I choose the lipstick on the morning but recently I've been loving MAC's plumful.

Next, I do my hair. This generally consists of ponytails, braids or bobby pins. After that, I get changed. Through Autumn so far, I've been loving dungarees and striped t shirts. I'm not really sure why, but I just love it!

Before I head out, I usually have a little tidy up (that's if I have time though - I generally don't though). Then I grab my mini backpack from New Look, drop my phone in and head out...

I hope you enjoyed this post, and I will see you all very, very soon,

Hey everyone, and welcome to my make up drawers tour! I don't really know why I've never done one of these before! Anyway, lets get into it... xx

I keep all my make up in, or on top of my dressing table. I have the HERMES Dressing Table from IKEA. It has 1 main drawer that is broken up into 3 sections. Then on top of dressing table I have a small make up organiser which I keep all the things I use the most in. I got this from Tiger just over  a year ago so I don't know whether it is still sold or not - although, many places do very similar products.

On top of my dressing table I keep:

NYX Create your own palette (with the shades: Naked Truth, Sin, Velvet and Over the Taupe)
Maybelline 24 hour Colour Tattoo in On and On Bronze
Smashbox Full Exposure mascara in the shade Blackest Black
17 Stay Time Concealer in the shade Extra Fair
LUSH Popcorn Lip Scrub
EcoTools Lip Brush
NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Istanbul
NYX Buttergloss in Angel Food Cake
Kiko Deco Delight Lipstick in 02
Kiko Velvet Mat Lipstick in 613
MAC Lustre Lipstick in Plumful
P.S. Pro... Beauty Blender

The main drawer of my dressing table is broken up into 3 compartments. On the left, I keep a few face products. In the middle section I keep all my eye products and last but not least, my lip products are on the right!

In the left section there is:

Smashbox Under Eye Primer
Soap and Glory Blur and Brighten Concealer in Light
Maybelline Baby Lips (to set my eyebrows)
Natural Collection Lipstick in Sweet Pea (I don't use this one, so it's just somewhere to store it...)

So, that's all for today. Part 2 will be up next week. I hope you enjoyed this post, and I will see you all very, very soon.

Hey everyone, and welcome to my autumn essentials post! Today I'm going to share with you the things that I couldn't live without in Autumn! I hope you enjoy this post, and I will see you all very, very soon. xxxx

The first thing I absolutely love in Autumn is Zoella Beauty Wonder Hand. This is a life saver on dried and chapped skin as the weather changes. It's part of the original zoella beauty collection so has a very fresh and floral scent which I absolutely love! The packaging itself is gorgeous, never mind the bottle! I have it sat on my dressing table, the box adds a bright pop of colour! It's a 90ml bottle and little goes a long way so this has lasted me a year and is only half way down! Also, it's now tested on animals, so that's a plus. This retails at £5.50 which incredible for the quality of the product!

Another thing I am obsessed with in autumn is Lush popcorn lip scrub. This lip scrub is so good at getting rid of dry lips. I use this most nights alongside my Bath House Hot Chocolate Lip Balm. The smell of this is so good! It smells just like buttery popcorn - I love it! This is also pretty affordable as it retails at £5.50 as well! It also comes in bubblegum and mint julips. Generally, in limited collections they have one of well!

Oh yeah! It's back! MAC's plumful is always a solid autumn favourite/essential. This is a perfect pale berry, deep pink shade that's perfect for transitioning into the colder months! The quality of this lipstick is amazing! It's a lustre lipstick and glides so nicely onto the lips and the colour pay off is amazing! It's also pretty moisturising which is a bonus in cooler months. This lipstick is pretty pricey compared to some other berry shade lipsticks on the market but is definitely worth the investment! All MAC lipsticks retail at £15.50.

A tv show I can never get enough of is the Great British Bake Off! This is a favourite of mine every single year and I am quite disappointed that it's moving over to channel 4 from BBC. I think Mel and Sue are/were amazing on it and it won't be the same without them. Nevertheless, I will always be a huge fan of the bake off!

A fashion essential of mine throughout autumn has to be dungarees. I just love them! It makes a change from just wearing jeans all the time. I love pairing dungarees with striped t shirts and sometimes thin jumpers that I have. Right now, I am loving my new black dungarees from New Look! These were supposed to be £24.99 but were on offer to £14.99 I think! (However I don't think they are still on offer now :( ).

My final essential is checked shirts. To me these signify autumn and it getting colder and cosier! (As you can tell I'm a huge fan of the colder months!..) My favourite so far this year is one I got from New Look last year (sorry, it isn't sold any more!) It's predominantly blue with red and white checks and it looks really nice with black, or dark blue jeans!

So, that's it for today guys. I hope you enjoyed this post, and I will see you all very, very soon,

Hey everyone, today I am going to be sharing with you the recipe for S'mores cupcakes from Tanya Bakes! I hope you enjoy this post, and I will see you all very, very soon. xxxx (Makes 12)

Ingredients:

A 12 hole muffin tin

For the biscuit base:

250g of Butter
125g of Unsalted Butter

For the cupcakes:

50g of Unsalted Butter
180g of Caster Sugar
1 Egg
Splash of Vanilla Extract
160g of Plain Flour
2 tsp. of Baking Powder
160ml of Milk
1 Big Bar (200g) of Cadbury's Dairy Milk

For the fudge icing:

250g of Salted Butter, Softened
275g of Icing Sugar
1 tsp. of Vanilla Extract
200g of Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa solids)

For the Marshmallow Icing:

150g of Mini White Marshmallows
4 tbsp. of Golden Syrup

To Decorate:

12 pieces of chunky milk chocolate

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/GM4. Line the muffin tin with cupcake cases

Crumb the biscuits in a food processor or crush them with a rolling pin.
Melt 125g of butter, add it to the biscuits and mix thoroughly.

Divide the digestive mix between the paper cases, then squash down firmly with you fingers so it lines the base of each case. Set aside until needed.

For the batter, cream together the butter and caster sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then fold in the flour and baking powder. Slowly add the milk and mix until smooth and fully combined.

Divide the mixture between the cases, then lightly press a square of chocolate into each. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden and risen. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

For the fudge icing, combine the butter, icing sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water otherwise it'll burn. Stir the chocolate through the icing mixture. Pipe or spoon the icing onto the top of each cupcake.

For the marshmallow icing, melt the marshmallows and golden syrup in a pan over a medium heat and stir together.

Transfer to a piping bag and allow to cool a little before piping on top of the fudge icing.

Cool and set the piped marshmallow then flash under a very hot preheated grill for a minute,(but we used a blowtorch that we had) until golden brown. And a square of chocolate to the top of each!

So, that's all for today! I hope you enjoyed this post, and I will see you all very, very soon,
